SEBO Felix Premium

WOW. I have been struggling with a ten year old bagless vacuum and couldn't handle the amount of dust, fur, and hair it left behind. I've had the Sebo Felix Premium for two weeks and my house looks clean for the first time ever! It's unbelievable!!!

The power head pulls up so much gunk from my rugs it's almost worrying how dirty they were. They look visibly cleaner after just two weeks. The parquet floor head pulls the dust from the crevices in my tile floor better than I could have imagined. The crevice tool sucks up everything!! The corners of my house are dust-free!!!

My only caveats are - it's not fun to use on stairs, but not impossible if you use it as a hand-held vacuum. And I'm pretty short and have high ceilings - the hose is short and doesn't reach up into the corners. But realistically I have a telescoping duster I use for the ceiling, so it isn't a deal-breaker for me. It may feel heavy for some people but I'm also a fifty three year old out of shape office worker and I don't have any issues using it.

Overall I love my new vacuum. It feels sturdy and it eats up dust, dirt, and fur (we're a dog and cat friendly home) better than I thought possible.

I like it, I don't love it. However, I am really really hoping that will change and it will grow on me since it was costly.
The suction when on high = 10/10
The aesthetic = 10/10
The swivel (could use some work) = 8/10

What I don't love:
It is very heavy and quite loud.
I don't find the hard floor attachment head works well due to the bristles at the front of it, and with no height adjustment on that specific head, there is not much that can be done about it.
I had to purchase the extending wand separately at a cost of $50 including shipping.
Pulling the hose/nozzle out is a complete pain. Also not friendly on my lower back to continue to have to do this when I need to attach the wand. There is also nowhere to attach the wand while I am walking around so I end up carrying it around along with the smaller attachments while I am trying to vacuum..... The machine comes with a little connector piece that you attach to the handle but the small attachments just fall off of it so it is pointless.

For the price, I hate to say that I am not sold.
I own a residential cleaning company and have used exclusively Shark vacuums - the only reason I am branching out is to find a great bagged vacuum so I am not spending so much time cleaning out dusty vacuums each day. Unfortunately, this is not the one Ill be replacing the fleet with.
If I didn't toss the box I would likely return it.

AAAAAA+++++!!!!!

Great vaccuum. Incredible suction and maneuverability. We are thrilled.

I own 3 Sebo Felix Premiums so obviously I'm happy with the product. The first two where purchased at retail locations as they were nearby. I now live where there are no retailers close by so buying directly from Sebo on line is a great option. Pricing seems to be the same. Delivery was quick. Minor damage caused in shipping was very easily and quickly dealt with. It's a great vacuum.
