Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping

If your order is over $100 before taxes and other fees, you will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. However, if your order is below $100, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 will be applied.

Typical delivery time of 2-5 business days

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the warehouse location, weather conditions, and shipping destination. If you do not receive your order within this time period, please reach out to us at info@sebocanada.ca.

However, shipping times will be slower for orders placed on public holidays and between December 23 and January 3 due to holiday closures and reduced staffing.

Cancelling or amending an order

To change or cancel an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sebocanada.ca. However, once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Orders damaged in shipment

If an item you have ordered from our website arrives damaged, you have a couple of options:

  • If the outside of the shipping package is visibly damaged, you can refuse to accept the package from the courier. The rejected package will be returned to us.
  • If you have already accepted the order, please email us at info@sebocanada.ca. Attach photos of the damaged box both before and after opening it, along with images showing the damage to the product inside. A SEBO Canada representative will be in contact with you and a solution will be reached depending on the severity of the damage.

Ordering SEBO Products Outside of Canada

All orders on our website must be shipped to a Canadian address. However, SEBO products are available worldwide. For purchases outside Canada, please visit the website of the SEBO distributor in your country. SEBO Products are available in many countries around the world, including the USA, the UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, France, and many more.
