Engineered with S-Class Filtration
SEBO vacuum cleaners are engineered with a medical-grade, anti-allergy design that is referred to as the S-class filtration. The S-class filtration system captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns and removes 100% of particles 1 micron and larger, such as dust mite feces, which measure about 10 microns. The fully-sealed vacuum effectively traps and contains even the smallest allergens.
Comparing S-Class and HEPA
The S-Class filtration standard, developed in Europe, is comparable to the widely recognized North American HEPA standard but evaluates the entire vacuum's filtration efficiency. While HEPA focuses specifically on the filter's ability to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, S-Class filtration adds three key elements: a multi-stage, hospital-grade filtration process, electrostatic filters made from charged microfibers, and a fully sealed vacuum to prevent air or dust leakage.
How S-Class Filtration Works
SEBO's anti-allergy S-Class filtration consists of three components: a 3-layer electrostatic AeraPure filter bag that captures larger debris, a pre-motor microfilter to protect the motor and trap fine particles, and an exhaust microfilter to ensure only clean air is released back into your home.
Electrostatic Filter Bags
SEBO’s electrostatic filter bags use statically charged microfibers that attract and trap dust particles, keeping them securely inside the bag. The open-textured material enhances airflow and suction performance, delivering a powerful clean without compromising filtration efficiency.
Completely Sealed Design
SEBO vacuums feature a fully sealed design to prevent dirty air from escaping through seams or seals, ensuring all air passes through the filtration system before being released. With its fully-sealed design, multi-stage filtration, and electrostatic filters, once dust is captured it stays inside the vacuum, eliminating concerns about dust re-entering your home.
