Servicing and Repairs
If your SEBO vacuum is in need of servicing or repair, we recommend taking it to your local SEBO dealer for assistance. This applies whether you purchased your SEBO vacuum directly from our website or through a SEBO dealer.
Warranty Process
Repairs and warranty services are managed through our authorized SEBO dealers across Canada. The dealer will assess the issue, confirm warranty coverage with us, and order any necessary parts if they are not in stock. Once the parts arrive, the dealer will complete the repair, and you can pick up your vacuum from their location.
What to Bring
-
The Vacuum
Bring the entire vacuum to the dealer for repairs, as diagnosing the issue may require checking other parts. For central vacuum systems, call ahead to confirm which parts to bring.
-
Serial Number
The serial number, located on the vacuum's body, will be used to verify a valid warranty registration if one was submitted at the time of purchase.
-
The Receipt
Only required if the vacuum wasn’t registered at purchase. It confirms the purchase date, which determines standard 5-year warranty coverage.*
If the vacuum wasn't registered and no receipt is available, we will use the date it was sold on our website or to the SEBO dealer to determine if the standard 5-year warranty applies. This date may be earlier than your actual purchase date.
Make an Appointment
Having your services and repairs done locally means that you spend less time without your vacuum. Reach out to one of our authorized SEBO dealers to schedule a service or repair appointment.

Serial Number Location
The serial number of your vacuum can be found both on the body of the machine and the box that it came in. On the vacuum itself, the serial number is often on a plaque on the bottom of a power head, inside a handle, or on the back of a canister.
