Included Warranty Coverage

  • Non-Wear Parts

    Includes all parts that do not naturally wear down with use or require regular changing.

  • Motor

    Includes any suction and/or brush drive motor replacements.

  • Labour

    Includes labour costs for repairs during the first 5 years.

Warranty Exceptions

SEBO vacuums that are used commercially or have been purchased outside of Canada are not eligible for the 10 year warranty program. The SEBO Softcase CE12 is also not eligible since it comes with a 3 year warranty.
